7 Days Pilgrimage

DAY 1 – DEPARTURE. Our Spiritual pilgrimage begins as we depart the USA on our overnight flight to Italy. Meals will be served onboard.

DAY 2 - ARRIVE IN ROME. Upon arriving at Rome’s airport, we will be greeted by our tour escort and driver. Transfer to our hotel,dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 3 - ROME: PAPAL AUDIENCE, ST. PETER & VATICAN MUSEUM. Breakfast. Early morning, transfer to St. Peter’s Square to join pilgrims from all over the world to attend the weekly Papal audience and blessing. After the Papal Audience, we will pass through the first Holy Door of our tour of St. Peter’s Basilica. In the afternoon, we will end our day with a guided visit to the Vatican Museums. Dinner at Hostaria Dino e Tony. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 4 - ROME: IMPERIAL ROME & BAROQUE ROME. Breakfast. Our day continues with a walking tour of Imperial Rome, including an exterior visit to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, as well as the Arches of Constantine and Titus. In the afternoon, visit the most beautiful monuments of the Baroque Rome area, including Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Church of the Gesù, Basilica of Maria Sopra Minerva and Chiesa Nuova. Mass.Enjoy some time for shopping before returning to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 - ROME: APPIAN WAY, ST. PAUL OUTSIDE THE WALLS, ST. JOHN LATERAN & HOLY STAIRS. Breakfast. This morning, we will start the day exploring the ancient Appian way. Stop to visit the Basilica of St. Sebastian. Continue for a visit to the Church of Domine Quo Vadis, where we will see the stone with the footprints of Jesus. Later this afternoon, we will visit the Basilica of St.

Paul Outside the Walls to walk through the second Holy door of our pilgrimage before returning to the hotel. Continue to visit the Basilica of St. John Lateran, where we will walk through the third Holy Door of our pilgrimage. Continue to the Shrine of the Holy Stairs, believed to be those that led to the praetorium of Pontius Pilate in Jerusalem. Visit to the Basilica Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. Mass. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 - ROME: ST LAURENCE OUTSIDE THE WALLS, ST MARY MAJOR & TRASTEVERE. Breakfast. We begin our day with a tour in St. Laurence Outside the Walls. Mass. Following Mass, we will visit one of Rome’s major basilicas; St. Mary Major, to walk through the last Holy door of our pilgrimage. This Basilica is one of the oldest shrines dedicated to the blessed Virgin Mary. Continue to the Trastevere neighborhood, known for its historic charm and vibrant local life. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 - ROME: CATACOMBS OF PRISCILLA & TIVOLI. Breakfast. We will begin our day with a guided visit to the Catacombs of Priscilla. Mass. Visit to the Basilica of San Clemente in Laterano. Departure to Tivoli. In the afternoon, we will take a city tour including Villa d’Este Fecha Cliente Fecha de Validez and the historic center, visiting the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Return to Rome. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 8 - RETURN TO USA. Today our pilgrimage comes to an end. We will transfer to the airport for our return flight.
